My Story
Hi! My name is Diane Crane and I have been an Independent Scentsy Consultant since December 2012. I am a stay at home mother of 4, and have been married to the love of my life since 1990.
I want to share with you a little bit about how I came to love Scentsy. Well, I had always been a candle person. I loved the way they made my house smell. I had them in every room in my house. The only things I didn't like about candles was the gross black soot that was left on my ceiling, and the worry that came along with having candles burning while my children were running around the house and knocking everything over.
Back in 2012, before I became a Consultant, every time I would go to my sister's house it always smelled amazing!! I asked her what smelled so good and she showed me her "Scentsy wickless candle". Her warmers were beautiful and her house smelled great, but I really loved my candles. After all, that's all I had ever known.
About a month or so had passed. It was the day after Thanksgiving, I went to her house to drop something off. The minute I walked in, I immediately fell in love with the smell. It was so amazing and I knew I had to have it! She saw the look on my face and before I could ask what it was, she smiled and said, "it's Eskimo Kiss. Are you sure you don't want to give it a try?" I knew right then that I needed some Eskimo Kiss in my life. It immediately became my new favorite candle scent. That was the day I knew I had to have Scentsy in my life! I called her Scentsy Consultant and bought my very 1st Scentsy warmer and of course, some Eskimo Kiss. I was and still am obsessed with it. I loved the way it made me feel and I wanted to share it with everyone!
Over the years I have seen a lot of changes in Scentsy, both personally (as a customer) and professionally (as a Consultant). They are continually growing and striving to be a part of our everyday life. They no longer just offer warmers and wax. Scentsy offers a full line of products for you, your children, your house, your laundry, and even your pets - and they are incredible!
Becoming an Independent Scentsy Consultant was the right choice for me. I have been able to earn a steady income while keeping my husband and children my priority. Now that my kids are getting older and more independent, I have more time to invest in my business. With all the training and support available to me, I am now ready to take my business to the next level. I recently promoted to Director, which means that I have the opportunity to earn even more money. My next goal is to grow my team and earn next years incentive trip. Scentsy supports me and my business. They work hard to give me the support and tools I need to be successful. This is why I am still a Consultant. Having access to training and support is very important to me.
This is my story of how I found Scentsy and why I still love it, and am so proud to be a part of the Scentsy family. I am truly thankful for the many opportunities this wonderful company has given me.
